A special-event class applying a combination of myofascial therapy and traditional Yin Yoga (longer held poses). Experience simple meditation, breath awareness, yoga postures and stretches; use foam rollers, therapy balls and bolsters to open, release, relax and invigorate the body. Everyone welcome, no experience necessary.
